How to disable folding mirrors

I have a 2013 RRS, is it possible to disable the folding mirrors on locking the car? If yes how is it done?
Thank you

According to my manual, it has to be done by the dealer,,,, so I'm guessing you will need a diagnostic tool 2010 RRS, TDV8

CCF edit in engineering mode, select any other mode but "installed with logic" for "folding mirrors". Regards etc.,
