Put my thoughts on the RR site, but thought members with the sport model might be interested.

I have used Stratstone Cardiff but never been happy as everything seems hard work , very expensive and I don’t feel they check the car above the normal checks.

Recently went to a family specialist Land Rover specialist near Llantrisant in South Wales. What a difference.

When you phone you get through not waiting on the line, the lady taking your details understands Land Rovers and books your car in.

The owner always checks your car with a short drive. He picked up bolts missing under the car , which was missed numerous times by stratstone.

They updated the service history and worked with Land Rover with my warranty. They are much cheaper and not only that their service is more comprehensive. I had an sos limited functionality on my RR they sorted with new batteries straight away, whilst stratstone just made no effort to sort out when I questioned it was coming on and off. I finally feel I have a garage which will look after my car, and I won’t be paying for marble floors, posh buildings with nobody who you can give you a proper service.

Great to hear! It makes such a difference using a family run specialist compared to main dealers.
I'd be willing to take a bet that the missing bolts were left off by a main dealer previously! 2016 RRS SVR Estoril Blue
2005 4.2L Supercharged Java Black - gone but was my first love.

If we all point our RR's in the same direction and accelerate at the same time can we turn back time?
