I've used PUK several times and had no issues. They did admit (see their YouTube channel) to having issues with those light bars initially and they did a redesign and offered refunds to any purchasers that had bought the originals.

The guy who owns the business comes over as really genuine but I do understand their position and your frustration.

I actually have one of the 'new' design light bars for sale if you are interested. It was fitted to my L494 for about 6 months but I have now sold the car and I removed the light bar before I sold it.
