I had a call today to say that my P510e order has to have a new order form as that model has been replaced with a P550e.But no loss of place in queue(!). Still no idea of lead time. |

My new order form says 27/9/24 for 'estimated handover' so that's about 18 months from order date.

Why does anyone want to wait 18 months for a car. These delivery times are a disgrace. The headlines from JLR about new models and revamped dealer network seem crazy when they are unable to deliver their products.

To be fair, I'm not actually that bothered: my current cars are fine for another 12 months and if there's a supply squeeze it's good for residuals!
