The better half always complains that I spend more on car car products than she does on her cosmetics. I use the response that Zymol products actually contain natural products that improve my complexion as well as the cars.

It was a bit like that, it was mid 90s and we'd arranged a weekend in Cirencester. I was coming up from London on my motorbike and I had an Ericson phone with a wired headset. I'm a few miles off the A40 heading down towards town, coming into a roundabout and the phone rings - "I've found the ring!" I wobbled a bit but fortunately stayed upright/alive, 10 mins later I was maxing my credit card to buy her an engagement ring... I still then had to do a proper proposal in a beautiful setting and ask her father if it was OK I did get my own back whilst doing so but that's another story
