Could be a number of things, but the usual suspects are things like the rear propshaft centre bearing, the torque converter lock-up clutch. Really needs to be looked at by someone as these things are difficult to diagnose with the car - they're basically impossible online. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
