Rear light strip has failed so contacted Powerfuluk they won’t exchange or replace or repair the faulty unit, not great customer service they will refund the original card but that doesn’t help me.

In fairness to them, you didn't buy it from them so they have no contract with you.

Have you tried to contact the previous owner? Perhaps they can facilitate the refund for you if the company will refund on the original card. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Perhaps it's early, but looking at that photo how the he'll do you get in the car. Unless your still in it  2006 2.7 TDV6 HSE in Cairns Blue.

Tried to contact previous owner but as he’s no longer got the car, not on the forum and phone NLA.

I think there was a problem with early led strips as they stopped selling them for a while, what I find astonishing is that there is no middle ground to repair or exchange or even a discount on new replacement or upgrade to the more expensive smoked version. So I’ve told them to refund the original purchaser and won’t be using them again.
So end result Powerfuluk refund the purchaser so are no better off, I have a faulty unit, won’t be buying anything else from them.

Not very good after sales service from PUK irrespective of who bought the items originally.

Was just about to order a set of their fog/DRL kits, so not now. 2006 RRS 2.7 HSE.

I really cant see how not refunding a second person is poor customer service, it would just encourage people to nick stuff and get a refund. Joined the X5 45e club

I’m not seeking a refund, was quite happy to pay for repairs or replacement or upgrade.
Surely the sensible option would be find a solution not just say this is all we can do, that’s what customer service is all about, bearing in mind I have purchased other items from them.

They won’t even refund the original buyer now so that’s the end of the matter anyway as I said I won’t be using them again as there’s no goodwill.

You purchased second hand parts that had been fitted and then removed and then re fitted onto your vehicle and its failed , PUK are well within their rights not to honour a replacement .
Just my tuppence worth
