Car won't start

Hi all , my rrs 2010 3.0 hse won't start or make any clicking while trying to start , starter motor is fine and battery is new ,any ideas and it was fine then it just won't do anything now ,only issue before was fuel gauge wasn't working but car still started and drove .
Only fault that come up is
U0100 stands for “Lost Communication with ECM/PCM

Well, if it can’t communicate with the PCM/ECM that’s a pretty big problem. Need to find out why it can’t communicate to get it all resolved. 2011 RRS HSE Luxury 3.0 TDV6 Fuji White on Ebony/Ivory
Born and raised in So Cal. Moved to the UK in 2018 for a few years. Now in Poland and looking at moving back to the UK.

Earth cables are very common for failing without warning

Run a jump.lead from thr engine to battery negative terminal and retry Thumbs Up
