L320 suspension stuck in high

I do apologise if this has been covered elsewhere ,

Got into my 06, 2.7 sport today, had the vehicle for 7 years and the suspension was stuck in the high position and the buttons do nothing, I drove home from work red light was on but was happy to cruise at 70 mph . any idea what the problem could be.

Usually a symptom of the exhaust valve in the compressor failing. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
