Only on 2010-2013 with dynamic package. Should have the two squiggly lines left of special programs off position.

I think you maybe referring to CVS continus variable damping which may have been a option on the earlier cars but became standard on later cars at some point possibly MY12 on, also thought the shocks were BWI on the L320 or they are on mine at least, might be the L494 ones which are Bilsten

Correct. I will say it changes the character of the car when driving. If you shop around you can find the struts for less money. 2011 RRS HSE Luxury 3.0 TDV6 Fuji White on Ebony/Ivory

It's not helped that Land Rover used the term "dynamic response" for the hydraulic anti-roll bars (fitted as standard to supercharged and 3.6TDV8 and then later on all models) and then "dynamic programme" for the terrain response programme that used adaptive dampers to change the handling.

The dynamic drive terrain response tweaks a few things; steering feel, transmission shifting, suspension handling and accelerator response. 2011 RRS HSE Luxury 3.0 TDV6 Fuji White on Ebony/Ivory

Yeah, the dynamic programme adds weight to the steering (but not anymore feel). Putting the transmission in sport changes shifting etc..

I like dynamic drive’s shifting over switching to sport. Sport just holds revs longer regardless. Dynamic drive adjusts shifting based on your driving. Then again I have the 6HP28 transmission and you have the 8HP70, if I’m not mistaken. 2011 RRS HSE Luxury 3.0 TDV6 Fuji White on Ebony/Ivory

Yeah, I have the 8-speed 'box. I generally just use the paddles if I want to drive a bit more sportily. In fact, I use the paddles a lot anyway as the gearbox has an annoying habit (no doubt programmed by LR) of holding on to high gears as one slows down - slow for a roundabout and it'll be in 4th gear at 10mph - go for a gap and there's no response until the gearbox changes down and then "thump!" it goes. So I often use the paddles to get the thing down to second so I can roll in to gaps. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

Well done - similar story to when I spotted my SC on eBay. Mine has a similar level of care lavished on it and has been owned for the last 4yrs by a JLR Master Technician.
