New Range Rover Sport or New Defender .

Interested to know your thoughts regarding these models .
Naturally I except that these are somewhat different but are much closer now.
As the owner of a new Defender I have ordered the new Range Rover Sport.
However I am so pleased with my current Defender (almost 2yrs ) I am wondering if I should cancel my RRS order and order another Defender.
What a lovely dilemma .

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Orkney Grey

Sorry but I just do not like the new Defender interior and do not see how they can be compared. Shocked

There is talk on Disc05 about comparing the Defender and Discovery which is a more logical choice to me. 2023 P440e SE Dynamic on order -cancelled

Blackbird,

I reckon you've answered your own question.
Personally I don't like the Tonka Toy appearance of the Defender.

RRS sold and replaced with a Skoda Kodiaq after appalling RR Dealer experience and LR inability to supply new cars in any sort of reasonable time frame..

I really like the Defender look on the outside but the inside doesn't do it for me and the new RRS is a million times better inside.

They are not comparable apart from both being great cars for their individual purpose. One is luxury and the other is more lifestyle orientated. 2014 Range Rover Sport Autobiography 4.4V8
