Very impressive, I’ll do mine this year when I get the time. Was gunna jet wash it while engine running then dry with my motorcycle dryer ( big hair dryer with 3m hose) but I may just go down the route you have taken . Well done looks like a new car engine bay from them photos

Having recovered from the shock of a quote from a trim and leather repair pro for doing this job (>£1k) I have just started a DIY job on the leather today. The driver's seat is the worst as usual - bolster wear, cracks, very grubby. Plan of attack is vacuum, clean with Autoglym leather cleaner, then patch and recolour, feed and condition.

I've ordered the Ivory kit ("NUG") from 'The Scratch Doctor'. Trouble looming with the contrast stitching, not sure how to avoid colouring that. Might try masking it off.

Anyway, more when it's made some good progress / done. Before pic:

Is a bit grubby but not the worst I have seen.. mine is realtively clean but suffers from a slight tear in the side panel on the drivers side and the failing, sagging foam on the edge where almost everyone plants their bum to get out of the car...lol
My plan is to eventually take the seat cussion off and take it to a motor trimmer to patch the side panel and reapir / bolster the faom.
Then I will add side steps to aid entry and exit... it will mostly just be me though

Yours will come up nicely... not much can be done with the cracking but with plenty of conditioner on there it should be a lot better.. it is only time :0
