I’m looking to replace my missing spare key, I still have one which I believe makes the process easier and cheaper. It’s for a 2014 L494.
Any advice or supplier names appreciated.

There are spare cases available on plenty of eBay sites, I believe you can just change it over if you have the key Joined the X5 45e club
1994 Defender 90 300 tdi

Fortunately I had the internal electronics given to me with the remains of the second key, it was one of the cheap Ebay fakes and broke into a few bits.
I bought a used genuine key off Ebay and transferred over the electronic contents myself, dead easy and all for the price of £30.00. My dealer wanted £812.00 for a complete new programmed key so I dodged a bullit there.
The working key that came with the car is also a knock off so I'm looking to do the same process and have two proper keys.

I was able to get the key blade cut, then purchase a new blank one and use the GAP too to program into the ECU 2016 Range Rover Sport SDV6 autobiography (MY17)
