When the OP says they just don’t care ,this sums up a lot of service these days, for the amount of money you have spent with them they should be giving you the gold service and respect you deserve. Disgusting behaviour.

I replaced discs and pads all round with annodised discs, not sure what make the pads were. Replaced pad retaining clamps and all pins for £312 about 6 months ago. Really happy with them 6K miles and discs still look like new. LR are probably the same as Audi and cite replacing at 60-70% worn which doesn't seem environmentally friendly.

Had the invite to replace all front Audi for about 2K. A year later sold the car and discs and pads were still serviceable!
