Tow bar fitting blanker plate

Hi I have a red plastic cover that goes into the chassis bar for the tow bar for some reason it just dropped out and when pushed back in doesn’t seem to lock back in very well and would certainly drop back out .The clip looks fine does anyone have a part number or it’s correct name thanks see pic in gallery. Make sure you have it the right way around and then use a screwdriver to push the tab to lock it. I have a brand new one in mine and it’s the same as what you’re describing. I have to use a screw driver to pop the tab into the locking point. 2011 RRS HSE Luxury 3.0 TDV6 Fuji White on Ebony/Ivory
