Easiest way put it in off road height, get underneath and have a look, if you have anything that looks like this picture then yes you have, I believe there are a few early MY10 cars that don't although it was a legal requirement from 09/2009 on I think.

DPFs were required from 1/2011 in Europe on all models. 9/2009 was the cut off for new model approvals. Since the RRS 3.0 was already approved prior to this they could offer it with (Euro5) or without (Euro4) the DPF till 1/1/2011. Land Rover put DPFs in all 2011 models. 2011 RRS HSE Luxury 3.0 TDV6 Fuji White on Ebony/Ivory

If your exhaust pipe tips are angled down then no, if they are straight then yes.

Is the eighth digit of the VIN (as per your V5C) an "F" (without a DPF) or a "G" (with a DPF)? |

That’s the standard catalyst, no DPF, so a Euro 4. 2011 RRS HSE Luxury 3.0 TDV6 Fuji White on Ebony/Ivory
