United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Cairns Blue

Or just keep, in a file, the receipts and paperwork from everything done by your indie. That's a service history, not an entry on a computer system that no one other than dealers and selected garages can read when you sell it. Thumbs Up

Same, I’ve got an A4 folder full of receipts even down to windscreen wipers all in date order. Shocked 2006 2.7 TDV6 HSE in Cairns Blue.

I've recently had a tussle with my main dealer about this. I contacted them as they had forgotten to add the timing belt service they did last year. At the the same time I asked them if they could add the two indy services I'd had done (before and after) and attached the invoices showing the details and work carried out.

They refused to add the indy services, saying that I'd need to go back to each indy and get them to pay for a TOPIX subscription so they could add them. At the same time I'd cc'd in the Landrover customer service email. They came back to me and happily added into the two indy services for me.

So now, it's all up to date. Moral of the story is that if your indy can't access TOPIX to update it themselves, JLR will happily do it for you if you send them the service invoice (must show work done, VAT receipt and mileage).

Just had my RRS serviced at a local garage as main dealer couldn't do it for 5 weeks.
How do I get this uploaded onto online service history?
