The app seems to be working ok for me now but I did have some difficulty accessing it earlier in the day. Hope your problems have been resolved now. Current: 2020 P400e HSE Dynamic

Thanks, it came back late in the day.

I contacted JLR via chat and after "talking" to a robot for 10 minutes was transferred to a live agent who never replied.

It was a bit of a pain as I was logged out and I could not sync the destinations I had set up before leaving our hotel in France. 2023 P440e SE Dynamic on order -cancelled

Strangely enough, we’re in France too at present and I was contacted by InControl yesterday (by text) while we were on the Eurotunnel train. They said that InControl on the car had automatically triggered a security alert and that someone would be calling me to check the status. I called them to explain and they remotely set it to ‘Service Mode’ for an hour or so. I am thinking that I should always set it to ‘Service Mode’ when it is on the train. Current: 2020 P400e HSE Dynamic

I must admit I keep forgetting to switch on Transport mode and also had a call when exiting the Tunnel.

I had another one in Nice when I drove 4 levels down in a car park. They said the alarm had been triggered but it could not be reset because the car was not being "seen".

That was the start of my problems, when I drove out 48 hours later I could not sign back in and hence my original post.  2023 P440e SE Dynamic on order -cancelled

Ferry trip triggers it as well, when I forgot to set transport mode. Got the text and phone call. Quite reassuring that it does all work!
