Range Rover Sport exhaust tips

I know some have facelifted the 2015 models to 2018 styling, but has anyone just managed to add the oblong style tailpipe surround to a 2015 model?
Just curious to see if it can be done

Yes if you change the rear bumper like Tyrefitter on here , search his username
I have the SVR later ones fitted now

Thanks, yes seen that already, looks great.
I was thinking whether you can keep the original bumper on and just modify it and add the exhaust trims
