Wondering if anybody has any suggestions on this one. It's on a l494 4.4

I have had a couple of instances of this this recently where if you start the car and doing a couple of small forward and backwards drives to get out of a tight spot then go to drive away the engine suddenly cuts out with all the dahs lights still on. The first time this happened the car displayed restricted performance. The second time this has happened northing came up.

It's then fine if you re start the car and continue your journey.

After the first time this happened I replaced the batteries as i know these are the first thing mosty replace when issues start. No fault codes are produced after it happens

Check the battery earth cable onto the battery and body is tight and then check both front headlight earth straps under the arch liners - common issue that causes various issues
