Actuator replacement

How difficult is it to remove or replace Turbo Actuator on the v8 tdi please

I have the appropriate file in the workshop manual . Could someone send me the link concerned , its pages 2126 to 2159.
Sorry I've the manual on ADOBE but for the life of me I cant figure out how to do this .....again!
