I think the underground car park you are talking about under Hyde Park is on Park Lane and is (only) just outside the congestion charge zone. It's literally 30 meters outside the zone!!

As above.. driving in London is horrific and check those car parking charges because they are bloody expensive.. you have all the tube stations nearby which makes transport easy.. personally I would be staying on the outskirts of London and travelling in..

Depending on what time you arrive Saturday you may just miss the congestion charge for that day, charging hours on Saturdays are 1200 until 1800! |
