Hey guys, ive got a 2005 rrs 2.7 and my turbo went and chucked all the oil at the weekend 😩 so im needing a refurbished engine and new turbo supplied and fitted asap, i nearly got suckered by some little c**t in Wolverhampton there so i need to know if anyone can recommend a garage that can do this?? Im in Scotland next to Edinburgh but dont mind getting it recovered anywhere in the UK aslong as it will get done and not sit for months. Has anyone used 4x4 engine rebuilds in London?? Just spent £6k on it with suspension and arms etc then got new wheels and hst kit so too good not to fix! My mrs is 8 months pregnant and were in and out of hospital just now so the timing isnt the best but it needs booked in asap lads. Tried a few local garages and they dont seem interested in the work 🤷‍♂️ Thanks in advance for any help.

It's not a cheap job, but its cheaper in the long run than a re"con"ditioned engine...

Give Avenger 4x4 in Peterborough a call service & repairs & also licenced breakers only deal with Land Rovers their work is excellent, I'm on holiday at present & haven't got their contact details at hand, they do have a Facebook page with all their details.

Yeh engine 710 done all the suspension arms and handbrake module etc for me, was expensive but defo pay for what you get and car was driving like a dream since and was very happy with them! But they havent got back to me yet about doing engine!
I had a year and a half of faultless driving away up north and never let me down once, love the car so dont mind spending when i need to and dont plan on ever getting rid!
Disco_mikey if you can mail me on here and let me know some ball park figures and when you would be able to fit it in i would appreciate it. Between work and kids and the new arrival coming i hardly have a minute just now lol. But need car on the road, i feel like donkey kong driving my mrs corsa
