Drivers door shows closed when open.

I've only just noticed that when the door is open the dash doesn't indicate it is.

I had the actuator replaced last year so I'm assuming it isn't that, but I could be wrong.

Just wondered if there were any other known or common issues with the wiring as I've been searching and couldn't find anything.
