These are actually E stamped, which is why they were stupidly expensive new. Regarding what you shine, the law states* as long as you don't dazzle other road users, which back in the day why I was more than happy to run 130W Cibies on my Impreza *that was from a great traffic police officer now passed after inhaling fumes at an accident he had to attend |

When I was running an off road Discovery 1 with a light bar I had the light bar wired to main beam with an isolation switch to allow me to have main beam only
