Where is the best place to get a top end gasket set including head gaskets and head bolts please?

I also need a full set of valve stem seals and a set of rocker bolts and washers.

Are there any other items on the engine worth swapping whilst the body is off?

Rough cost?

you want to test glowplugs while head is off and replace them (right pain as they usually snap)

Head gaskets are shimmed custom to the engine bottom end. So note the number of notch's on the front of the gasket, and you want a replacement gasket the same thickness.

I got gasket set from ebay

Headbolts jgs4x4 or advanced factors. (prices seam to have doubled since I did mine)
