Data plan for car internet - recommendations

My ubigi car data sim plan is about to expire for my SVR.

Any recommendations for a renewal or better to use a normal Payg/pay monthly sim from a normal UK network? Range Rover Sport SVR - Santorini Black

I use something similar, 6GB valid 12 months from EE (better coverage than 3 locally).

Have had one every year, for each car, for 5 years now. Get them from Amazon or EBay, whichever is cheapest at the time. Can be activated directly in the car on screen without any registration. RRS MY17 SDV6 AB

Assume MY17 or earlier: Just be aware that 3g networks are closing down over the next few years. Vodafone is probably the first to go.

Hopefully someone will offer a 4g based hardware upgrade so we can keep using the online functions. Thud MY17 RRS 4.4d V8 Autobiography - Aintree Green (also referred to on Topix as British Racing Green)

Thanks everyone, agreed, the 500mb from Ubigi got eaten up anytime we went away for the week, and wasn't even using heavily.

I managed to find this if it helps anyone

EE 12 months 120 gb £50, seems to work fine:

Next question, would be great if the car could use the sim to make calls if you need to as a backup to the phone Range Rover Sport SVR - Santorini Black
