this is the outfit that makes the loom, but they are in Ukraine, so not sure if they're even in business any more.

Oh, the steering wheel itself should be a straight swap, provided that the new one has all the switches included. --

Steering wheel fits fine and as above you need a loom or buy the switches on Ebay @ £379 that have been adapted to work in the older models |

Custom retro fit do the the loom but its 450 Euros, The switches I reckon you could get by offering £300 on Ebay for the adapted ones |
