rear view camera graphics

have the graphics on the rear view camera improved over the years, the rear camera on my 2015 ABD is very poor compared the version on the 2017 discovery sport i got rid of.
are there any dealer updates or anything that can be done to improve it that doesn't involve ripping the car to bits or paying thousands of pounds or do i just live with it and get used to it? 2015 RRS Autobiography Dynamic Corris Grey Black Roof

yes, dont bother with the rear view camera, use the mirrors..
