2013 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Bonatti Grey

Adaptive Dynamics Fault

Hi
Does anyone know how to fix this Problem; at the moment it's a Yellow Triangle Warning light on my 2013 RRSport
More or less on every journey
