2009/10 RRS.... Advice please...

Hi everyone.

I'm hoping to get some advice about a fault with my newly purchased 2009/10 RRS 3.0TDV6.

I recently purchased it cheap knowing it needed a few bits doing to it but now I'm hoping 1 or 2 if you may be able to give me a bit of advice before I book it in to a LR specialist.

So its starts absolutely fine every time and shows no faults. I can drive it up my road gently and its still OK, but after a few seconds or hard acceleration it comes up with restricted performance... then if I continue for 10 mins it will throw an error code. It shows the follow faults....
-mass or volume air flow circuit / circuit range performance problem
-turbo super charger boost sensor A circuit
-and something about a MAP sensor at 1 point.

Does anyone have any idea where to start. I can literally pull off my drive and into a national speed limit and before the EML/ Restriced performance kicks in its incredibly powerful and sounds brilliant.

We have tried swapping the MAFs over and we have the same faults coming up still. When coming off the accelerator there is a whooshing sound, almost like an air leak.

Does anyone have any idea what that could possibly be or where to start looking? I got it cheap enough that if I have to put a few k into it... then i don't mind.

The only other thing I have found with it is there is a small amount of oil in the water. Compression test is good and a few people have said oil cooler.... does anyone know if its more likely to be head or oil cooler?

It probably seems like I am trying to cheap out and not spend the money on it... but obviously if I can get it done cheaper it gives me more money to buy more cars I don't need haha.

Thanks very much for any help....

Split inlet manifold. Enough has to come off that it's worth doing both at the same time. BTDT. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
