Dust seals on the Brembo 4 pot calipers

When recently changing a front wheel bearing and removing the pads from the caliper I noticed that a couple of the dust seals on the caliper pistons were slightly torn. It’s a 2007 Sport with the Brembo 4 piston calipers (3.6 diesel VCool. My question is to replace these dust seals do I have to remove the pistons from the caliper or can I just pick them out and replace them in situ when next changing the pads, hence not needing the extra faff of bleeding brakes etc? Thanks in advance.

I don't know about the 4 pot Brembo's but you can certainly change the 6 pot dust seals in situ. with very little trouble, just flip the old one out and press the new one in.

Cheers
Col
