Hiya, just bought a tdv8 against all advice but just loved it. The problem I have Is the stereo is dead as well as the touch screen I wad told change the amp under the driverd sest which I have done but no change, any advice greatly appreciated

Is the colour Nav screen on and stuck on Landrover logo?

Sounds like the radio at fault. If there is no light on it at all.

You could check there is power on the 2’thicker cables.

Hi Andy, I have power on the Blue purple cable , I assume the other I's the earth as it has no voltage on it

Well I recommend you look for a replacement headunit then.

One last question, my head unit is a 500540. I have goubd another unit that came from a v6. Does that matter as mind ix the v8 ?

I don’t think it matters.

If yours has logic7 written in the headunit it could be different

Nothing anywhere that says logic 7 so hopefully ok
