I'm sure the O.E pully is a one piece shrink fit or it was on the earlier s/c, so the chances are you may need to heat it to remove it or possibly drill or cut it to weaken it so it will crack and relieve the pressure being careful not to damage the shaft unless you can get a puller in there to remove it. The new pully hub will then need pressing on to the shaft.

Did a drive up & down Helshoogte Pass this morning... I'm actually scared of adding the supercharger pulley now

Would think you need the pulley done to get the full potential of the remap, change the pulley, find a nice straight road, stick it in dynamic sports mode, open the window and floor the throttle, make sure you hang on to the steering wheel though or you might end up in the rear seat as it takes off.
