Help Help - burnt headlining

Can anyone help me?? no bloody smart comments though as I'm really Censored off.

Enjoying a cigar in the car yesterday, went to flick the ash out the sunroof but stuck the cigar onto the headlining burning a Censored hole in it.

Censored I am so upset does anyone know a man that can sort it out?? Allways wanted the headlining black like the option on BMW anyway anyone know if I can get it dyed?

I am going to see someone tomorrow having a seat done is rather easy but have never heard of getting the roof lining fixed.

I thought about claming on the insurance and getting the roof lining replaced but not to sure if that is a good idea. Will have to make some enquires tomorrow with LR to see if you can purchase it and more importantly how much the cost will be to have done.

Hope that was a crying emoticon Jay and not a laughing one!!!!

Misery, I think it would be cheaper to have a black suede or fabric headliner installed by Overfinch than it would be by land rover. Here in the states, its about $1500 or so for the job, finished(by Overfinch). With black on black + a black headliner the car does start to look a bit goth tho.

Good point VA. We get the same weather pattern here in Southern California. Must be El Nino.
