They told me they are the hydraulic lines that run from front to the rear of the vehicle.

it is both front and rear lines part numbers LRO85490, LRO85489, and valve LRO72419
|

I stand to be corrected here, but do they mean front and rear subframes ? as I though the L494 was mono frame style construction which means the actual body cannot be removed from the chassis/frame.

Col is correct, body is a monocoque with front and rear subframes

Is the 9600 including parts or just labour, assuming that is Canadian dollars that's around £5500.00 UK pounds which if just for labour seems a awful lot of money to me, but Disco Mikey could probably answer that best.
