In our 2014 RRS is the massage function in one of the front seats broken.
It is definitely a connection/ wire problem as (first) moving the seat to different position has solved the issue (together with an intermittent faulty airbag yellow sign on the dash), but now the massage function it is completely gone.
Does anybody has experience with such problem; where to find the culprit (wire? connection? plug?) and how to fix it?

Reviving my old thread. 3 years ago the massage unit was changed, massage worked again. However, recently the other front seat massage stopped working, due to my service guy the massage unit went belly up, it got replaced.
After replacement none of the two massage units work anymore; if I push the button the icon lights up, suggesting it is working - but not.
I know this is a luxury problem, but it disturbs me; things have to work as intended - anybody with experience with such issues/help, please?

I’ve had same issue with my Velar. Moving the wires around a bit at the back seems to temporarily fix. Messing around with module makes no difference. Might be worth having a fiddle under seat to see if it’s just a poor connection Evoque HSE Dynamic
