Iid tool help

So if you can get phone and rear camera on the sat nav screen by cutting a wire can you not just change the settings so you don’t have to cut anything?

Surely if the screen has the plugs in the back you should be able to use them

Sadly not

There is a test screen where you can see a small picture.

Do you have a gap iid ?

If you have a camera connected you can try this to see a mini picture. (select video inputs test)

&t=200s

OR upgrade to a facelift screen with later nav and easier camera input (gap IID required)

Option 1 program the Ccf to say rear cam fitted.
Unplug to yellow loom in the display to the front panel and connect camera.
This will give you an idea how the display will work.

Option 2. The link. Requires a replacement screen and other
Bits. Maybe £150
