it will pop right back

I have looked at that long and hard, hard to tell from pic if any stretching and have sent said pic to a body friend of mine? If not stretched then should be simple to push out by hand fron inside once the panels have been removed as stanted by HAVANK

I'm going to have a go over the weekend at pushing it out. I'll try and push it out then give it a good polish I think to try and get the scratches out, it'll be better than nothing. Thanks for the tips! 2002 Discovery Adventurer LE
