TDV8 Intercooler in TDV6?

Hi,

Apologies if this has been asked before or is a stupid question, I've had a search but couldn't find it asked before.

I have a 2009 2.7TDV6 RRS and have been reading up on the options of intercooler upgrades for more power, one I haven't seen mentioned was installing the unit from a V8 RRS.

Has anyone done it, if not is there a reason why not?

Thanks

Matt

England 2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Rimini Red

The v8 may have 4 hose connections (as twin turbo)
The 2.7 2 hose connections.
