Which ever you decide on you will almost definitley still need a manual one to give accurate torque settings, not cheap but best not to skimp when things like wheel bearing etc are being done. |

I've recently bought a Makita DTW300Z after a lot of delibration over different models. It appears to be a great unit although I haven't used it in earnest yet. Plenty of torque, brushless motor and compact size.

Milwaukee 18 volt fuel,,ive got one & cannot recommend it enough,10x better than the Snapon one I have,in fact I’m going to sell mine as I no longer need it now I’ve closed my garage.Also with the Milwaukee it has 4 different torque settings,one being 130nm which is what most wheel nuts are torqued to,but I always check afterwards with manual torque wrench just in case. Mine is about 18 month old & has 2x 5ah Li-Lon batteries,,charger & case & im after £200 Andy.
