2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Java Black

Air suspension rebuild

I have replaced the air tank and pump on an Overfinch RR Sport.
I am aware that the software can re-pressurise and depressurise the system.
Is it possible to re-pressurise the system without the software and if so how? Current cars

Just run the compressor for no more than 5 minutes. Then let it cool for 5 minutes,
Do this a few times until the system has filled

Great thank. Will do that but defohave a leak and think I know where it is. Current cars

The compressor will shut off if it gets too hot

And a good system should be able to lift the car of the bump stops to normal ride height, and fill an empty reservoir within 5 minutes

As for the original question, it can be done via diag gear

Thanks Mikey am goimg to crawl under it today. I am getting a fault code A1C20-64 an suspect I have damaged the connection to the tank as it was a pain to connect.
Will set it on stands to fill. Current cars
