LR recall

Just recieved my letter from Landrover regarding the rear spoiler,, called team valley landrover who I use for all my work and they say it has to be inspected to see exactly what is required as it ma need a complete new spoiler. Inspection arranged for Saturday morning,,,,, watch this space. 2010 RRS, TDV8
bali Blue / colour coded
side steps / flappy paddles
black perforated leather
22" overfinch
heated everything, TV,fridge ...... now with gold calipers and mud flaps !( black mud flaps that is) !!
Many years ago,,,,, 1955 series 1 landie , sometimes wish I had kept it

Lucky you, I rang local Guy Salmon in Wakefield to be told the Bodyshop team will ring me back, still waiting. 2010 HSE TdV8 in Stornoway Grey.

Update on yesterday's visit to team valley landrover,,, apparently I don't need a new spoiler,, they will need the car for half a day as need to remove the spoiler, Drill and glue it together and refit. They offered to keep the car and do it on Monday but we're away for a few days this week so booked in for Dec 10th. 2010 RRS, TDV8
bali Blue / colour coded

Williams LR in Manchester said they'd need the vehicle for a full day, not practical for me yet I'm loathed to use the closer Guy Salmon in Stockport. Has anyone had this done at GS Stockport ?

Now waiting for a full spoiler, as mine blew off a few weeks ago...

Recall for a spoiler, nothing for catastrophic engine failures. That's LR for you. Laughing 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Not sure which dealer to go to, Wakefield or sheffield as im in the middle. Prefer one that gives a curtesy vehicle and one thats more likely to fit a new spoiler not wanting much 😀

Did read a couple of reports that the A/B spoiler is not affected by the recall.
