dashboard service indicator

my dashboard service indicator is greyed out when i scroll down to it is this normal, i know i can check on the app but thought i would be able to scroll down and see it on my dash, am i missing something? 2015 RRS Autobiography Dynamic Corris Grey Black Roof

Same scenario as me.
Mine's greyed out too.
No app either !!! I suppose i will have to get the app somehow.

It's greyed out when the engine is running, just switch the ignition on (press starter button without foot on brake) and then scroll to it and it will be accessible.
