Dirt gets stuck under them too - nightmare for cleaning. I'd draw the line at the side steps, the rubbing strips and the alloys...

Can't comment on the RRS strips, but the wife has them on her Freelander and they have saved the panel/paintwork from many a low brick wall.

The front lamp kit is the same as the Freelander one and even has the same part number in my Sport accessories brochure as the old Freelander Accessory brochure that I have!
