Pre 2015 SDV8 - not eligable for CAZ charge?

I'm going to Birmingham on Thursday and I'm taking my 2014 SDV8 L494 (Euro 5 and no Ad Blu). I was expecting to have to pay the Class D CAZ charge.

Oddly, although the TFL site tells me that Khan will fire missiles at me if I even think about going near the capital, the government CAZ checker states "No Charge" for Birmingham?

Does anyone else have a Euro 5 L494 and have you had to pay the CAZ charge (non London)?

I have a 2014 L494 v6 and would have to pay the Birmingham CAZ 2014 RRS AB Santorini Black
