I’ve had one for a about 3 years (GB70 model I think). I’ve not needed to use it other than jump start my neighbours 6.3L Merc which it did no problem. Took it out the other day for first time in over a year and it’s still at full charge. I would definitely recommend keeping one “just in case”

I have something similar, a Trekpow G22, which I keep in the boot for those 'just in case' moments. It's been put to good use on two occasions actually, saving fellow drivers in car parks who have been listening to the radio for too long without the engine running. Kev

Good idea. I think the bigger jump start packs have lead acid batteries which don't hold their charge over time so usually are useless when you need them!

Im also thinking of getting one for my 2.7 tdv6. What size are you planning on buying. I was thinking the gb70. Didn't realise there was a X range so will look into it👍 |
