Hi I have just purchased a L494 sport and cannot connect to the InControl App as it is still paired with the previous owner. The garage I bought it from said they cannot contact previous owner and cannot sort it out
Can anyone please advise an ways I can get this sorted such as independent garage or a way to pair my phone to car

I cannot imagine they charge, the previous owner should have de-registered the car once he had sold it.
