Good things to add

Hopefully getting my 2010 HSE TdV8 on Friday and thinking about things to improve/make my life more comfortable.

So far I have bought:
New thingy to connect Phone via Bluetooth for music
Roof rails and cross bars
Boot protector
Dog crate

Want:
Satnav updated

Possible:
Timed Climate
Trailer electrics - don’t have a tow ball or anything to tow and haven’t needed to tow anything for the past 8 years, but you never know.

Can anyone think of anything else I should consider

Cross the Sat Nav update off your list, for a 2010 car they discontinued that system from MY12 on and the last available update is 2013/14 and can only be done by a Main Stealer at great expense.

Cheers

-Spare wheel protector (so it doesn't get stolen)
-Dashcam.
- Sidesteps if that's your thing, not everyone like them. I put mine in off road height in carparks so clumsy parkers will open their car doors into the steps and not my paintwork.
-Mud flaps, it's hard enough keeping them clean as it is.
And yes sat-nav is not worth updating.

My number one for the L320 was to order some wire and diodes to mod the rear map lights to come on when the doors are opened.

Also upgrading the interior lights to LEDs. That made a big difference.

Remote park heat is also a good addition for those chilly winter mornings! Kev

Thanks everyone, it has side steps fitted, can’t remember about mud flaps so will wait until I actually get it before I buy any., will wait for the spare wheel protector to, so I can save on postage too.

When I bought mine it came with the skinny space saver spare and one of the first things I did was source a full size wheel. I bought the protector from Uncle Ray, but they do come up for sale second hand from time to time, on here and the D3 site.

It needed a spare as part of the AA check, so I’ll see what they put on it. I’m hoping it will be a full size one if they have one lying around.
