Cracked rear brake actuator

A recent service by a specialist shows an OSR cracked brake actuator, apparently a common fault and poorly designed!!!

Has anyone else suffered the same and can advise the approx. cost of repair (assuming both sides would need to be done at the the same time)?

Car is MY2016 for reference

Very common. OEM actuators are available though, so doesn't have to be genuine LR parts

Who are the OEM for these, Mike? I notice that the actuator (LR036573) is available from Britpart, Bearmach and AllMakes in addition to genuine LR. Kev
